The service
PitPro provides software for organizing and documenting MSHA-related records for aggregate and mining operations. PitPro is a recordkeeping tool. It does not provide legal or regulatory advice and does not guarantee compliance with MSHA regulations or any other law.
Trials and subscriptions
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the base subscription is $69/month (or $690/year) and includes one mine site and three active users. Additional mine sites are $35/month each and additional 3-user packs are $20/month each. Billing terms will be presented at checkout when payments are enabled.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the records you enter, for keeping user credentials secure, for managing who you invite to your account, and for meeting your own regulatory obligations as an operator.
Acceptable use
Do not use PitPro to store unlawful content, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep PitPro available and secure, but the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators.
