MSHA inspector access
When an inspector arrives, you should not be digging through a filing cabinet. A company admin creates a secure read-only link to that mine's Digital MSHA Book — clean and easy to use on a tablet or desktop while MSHA is onsite.
Read-only by design
Inspectors can browse and download records for the authorized mine. There is no editing, no employee administration and no billing surface.
Time-limited links
A company admin sets an expiry and can revoke a link at any moment. Expired or revoked links stop working immediately.
Scoped to one mine
Each link exposes exactly one mine site's Digital MSHA Book. Other mines and other customers' data are never reachable.
Access is logged
Link creation, revocation, views and document downloads are recorded in your audit log so you know exactly what was accessed and when.
